Meritage Meadows offers a quaint indoor space for your business meeting or party of up to 35 guests. With options for catered breakfasts, snacks, and beverages you’ll be in a home-like environment, much more comfortable than a traditional stuffy meeting room! There is A/V equipment available and the expertise you help you get everything set up. This space is one large conference room with an anteroom for snack and beverage service. Restrooms are also adjacent to the space. It is surrounded by 14 acres of northwest forest and meadows which can be accessed by the participants for breakout sessions or just to escape the immediate pressures of the meeting. RENTAL INCLUDES -  Exclusive use of the Indoor Meeting Space-  A/V equipment.-  tables and chairs-  coffee, teas, water service-  other catering on request-  breakout rooms

Meritage Meadows - Event Terrace and Meadow

There’s nothing quite like a sunny day in the Puget Sound. Take advantage of our beautiful summers with a wedding, team building event or corporate picnic at Mertiage Meadows Event Terrace and Meadow. A Northwest styled Gazebo provides the access to the one acre mowed meadow surrounded by majestic old growth NW forest. Plenty of lawn space is available for various team building activities. Parking for 80 vehicles is provided in a separate meadow and a catering space is available. RENTAL INCLUDES -  exclusive use of the Event Terrace (35' by 65' with adjacent 20' by 60' deck) -  Elevated Gazebo as stage or podium-  one acre mowed meadow -  two washrooms-  catering space-  some tables and chairs (rent more if needed)-  lawn games-  85 parking spaces-  disabled access-  catering access, power and water
